From the gym to the church: There’s more than one way to build up the Body of Christ.
For over 30 years David has worked by your side, at your service designing meal plans and programs that will help you to reach your goals.

Now its time to Pump It Up!

It is the mission of David Ashley to build up the Body of Christ. Throughout his long 30 year career as a fitness professional, he has seen what bad diet and poor lifestyle choices can do to a body.

Now he is on a new mission to take that principal one step further from inside the gym to the “utter most parts of the world.”

It takes more than just cardio to strengthen a heart. Only Jesus heals the broken heart.

David has completed his first Masters in Apologetics and is due to complete his Masters of Divinity in as David, Graduation MA Apologeticslittle as a few months.

Now, all we need is you. The church. Our partners in ministry – our partners in life.

Consider it your contribution to United States Missions. As America is our mission field. Support us here.

We require the financial support of the Body of Christ, our friends and our family in order for Cross Strength Ministries to continue.

If you desire – we can help you and your business or ministry with professionally produced radio commercials advertising your business and/or ministry or even your fantastic family on the radio! We also have numerous marketing opportunities in addition to the Pastor of Pump radio show, you can be a part of all of our social media campaigns, on our website, all of our marketing materials as well as inside of our brochures, for a fixed amount of $250/month.

Be sure and stay “tuned in” to get the latest ministry updates. We have quite a year coming up!

David is planning on speaking at various groups, ministries and churches around the country and Holly has written a Domestic Violence curriculum that she will be publishing and then using to train church pastors and lay counselors in addressing the domestic violence issues in and around the church  thiis training will help church lay counselors and staff in navigating the court system and knowing the requirements of the law in DV situations including when the children are taking out of the home.
